Upgrade your cooling system with our custom-designed shroud for the Cold Case CHC11A or CHC547A (LS Conversion), or CHN548 (Nova Standard) radiator, that delivers measurably better cooling efficiency than the standard Cold Case shroud design. Through optimized fan sizing and precision-engineered airflow channels, this shroud maximizes the contact between your fan and radiator surface—ensuring every CFM of airflow does its job.
While the standard Cold Case shroud is a solid choice, our design takes cooling performance to the next level—ideal for high-performance builds, hot climates, or anyone who demands the absolute best from their cooling system.

Necessary Accessories for Installation (Not Included): Note the Matte Black version INCLUDES 16 Fasteners and Two Flap Doors!
- Fan mounting hardware Ten M6x1 - 16mm long fasteners. Two for the driver's side rear backing plate, and Eight for fan mounting. The six mounting holes are also sized for 6mm bolts.
- The stock lower brackets on the CHC11A radiator need to be removed for this shroud to fit.

- Fan relay and wiring harness (if not already installed)
- Make sure each relay is rated for 30 to 40 amps. Manufacturers include Spal, Painless Performance, Derale, Ron Davis, and American Autowire. (I personally have the Painless Performance kit, with 195 on, 185 off)
- Adjustable thermostat switch (recommended for automatic operation) typically included with most Fan Relay harnesses.

Note: This is an aftermarket shroud designed to work with the Cold Case CHC11 and CHC547 radiator. It is not manufactured by Cold Case Radiators. Fans and installation accessories sold separately. Lead time for Raw Aluminum is around one week. If Powder Coated is out of stock, please order, as we do not replace stock without an existing order, lead time is two weeks.

Dear Fast Monty, I am extremely happy with the radiator shroud. It was shipped out fast, and I haven't installed it yet. I still have to make some decisions with which fans I want to run. I would prefer brushless. So when I make it back to THE STATES, I will be ordering again from you. Thank you and for all your videos you have posted.
I had a cold case shroud with a 16” single fan cooling the 383 Stroker in my 69 Camaro. These run hot and in traffic, mine heated up to 230+ degrees. I upsized the fan amperage twice with no significant improvement. I purchased one of Monty’s dual 14” fan shrouds. It fit perfectly on my Coldcase model C11 radiator. I installed two Proform 14” brushless fans in the shroud and a Proform digital fan controller. I set the controller to 190 degrees. The fans now start to spool up at 180 degrees, are running 50% speed at 190 and increase to 100% if the temp hits 200. So far, in this 105 degree Texas heat, the fans and shroud have kept the engine at 200 or below. And that is pulling through my A/C condenser (loaded is Monty’s term). The shroud flows very well on the highway and with several miles of tests, my cooling issues are solved. I couldn’t be happier with the fit, build quality and attention to detail of the design.
The parts arrived very quickly and was exactly as advertised.
This shroud fixed my overheating problem. Perfect fit and easy installation. Couldn’t have asked for a better solution. 10/10 easily.
Well worth the price of admission! This thing fits and simply works! In slow moving, main street style cruising, I observed 10-15 degree reductions in temperature in 90+ degree heat On the highway where I never had issues before I still saw 5-7 degree cooler temps, basically right on the thermostat. I paired the shroud with the Maradyne M142 fans and the whole package is cooling my 580hp/600ft lb Pontiac 465.
