1959–1964 Chevrolet Impala Dual HO SPAL 12-Inch Fan Shroud for DeWitts Radiators

Build your Impala's cooling setup around a custom-contoured shroud designed for dual SPAL 30102038 12-inch fans. Precision CNC-cut from aircraft-grade aluminum and made in the USA, this design overlaps the radiator side brackets and uses two rubber flap doors for pass-through airflow at road speed.

Check clearance before ordering: Compare the dimensions on the attached specification sheet with your engine accessories and available space. Confirm clearance for both the shroud and your selected fans.

Vehicle and Radiator Fitment

• Fits 1959–1964 Chevrolet Impala applications with the specified DeWitts radiator.
• Designed specifically for DeWitts 32-4239014A and 32-1239014A radiators with top and bottom mounting bars.
• Required radiator mounting configuration: Welded cross bars with three tapped holes for mounting the dual 11-inch SPAL shroud or this dual 12-inch shroud.

Installation Hardware and Accessories

• Fan mounting hardware: Eight M6x1 fasteners, 16mm long, sold separately.
• Two rubber flap doors: SPAL 30130012, sold separately. Buy here.
• Fan relay and wiring harness: Needed if not already installed. Each relay should be rated for 30–40 amps. Options include SPAL, Painless Performance, Derale, Ron Davis, and American Autowire.
• Adjustable thermostat switch: Recommended for automatic operation and typically included with most fan-relay harnesses. Monty's personal Painless Performance setup switches on at 195°F and off at 185°F.

Finishes and What's Included

• Choose raw aluminum or custom color from the available finish options.
• For powder-coat orders, we will email you after your order is entered to confirm your preferred color based on the pictured color card.
• Raw aluminum may have witness marks that can be cleaned with Scotch-Brite or a Magic Eraser.
• Fans and installation accessories are sold separately.

• Raw aluminum: Around one week.
