1962 to 1967 Chevy II Nova Dual 12 inch Fan Shroud for ColdCase CHN540 Raw Aluminum or Powder Coated

Designed for 1962 to 1977 Chevrolet Chevy II Nova's with ColdCase Radiator CHN540 or CHN540A to mount Dual 12" fans, either Spal Part # 30102029 or Proform 12" Brushless fan part #67034 (featuring Soft Start) and Two Rubber flap doors, Spal part #30130012. Custom Designed by Monty, manufactured and drop shipped with a raw finish or powder coated, by SendCutSend.  All versions are made to order.  If you select "Custom Color" at check out, we will email you with your color selection.  

This particular shroud design in the below CAD Renderings.  The pictures shown are a similar design Matte Black Powder Coated Shroud for 66/67 Chevelle's that show the fastener locations on the sides of the shroud, utilizing the side C channels for mounting.  There are a total of 8 threaded M6x1 holes for the fans, and four slots for mounting into the side brackets.  I highly recommend using 6x1 Rivnuts in the radiator uprights to provide a firm mounting surface. 

Fans, flap doors, and fasteners are NOT included.  Please do an internet search for the flap door part number, pricing will range from $1.49 to $4.00 each.  The fastener is a M6x1, 16mm long.

Raw Aluminum lead time is around 1 week to ship, where Powder Coated lead time is around 2 weeks to ship.  Both are dropped shipped directly from SendCutSend.  All drop shipped sales are final.  

The Raw Aluminum version will have witness marks, as pictured near the bends, most of which can be removed with a Magic Eraser, or scuff the entire surface with Red Scotch Brite for a uniform look. Or course, painting is an option too.
