1966–1967 Pontiac A-Body Dual 12-Inch Fan Shroud for Cold Case GPG34

Build your Pontiac's dual-fan cooling setup around a precision CNC-cut, aircraft-grade aluminum shroud made in the USA. The custom-contoured three-piece design overlaps the radiator side brackets, while two rubber flap doors allow pass-through airflow at road speed.

Important: This shroud does NOT fit GPG34AS models. If you have an “S” model, email fastmontysgarage@gmail.com for a solution.

Vehicle and Radiator Fitment

• Fits 1966–1967 Pontiac Tempest, LeMans, and GTO.
• Designed for non-air-conditioned applications using Cold Case GPG34, GPG34A, or GPG34B radiators.
• Check dimensions before ordering: Compare the attached radiator print with your radiator for dimensional accuracy. Let us know if any dimension differs.
• Accommodates the dual 12-inch fan models listed below. Contact us about fans not listed.

Installation Hardware and Accessories

• Fan and bracket mounting hardware: Twelve M6x1 fasteners, 16mm long, sold separately.
• Two rubber flap doors: SPAL 30130012, sold separately. Buy here.
• Fan relay and wiring harness: Needed if not already installed. Each relay should be rated for 30–40 amps. Options include SPAL, Painless Performance, Derale, Ron Davis, and American Autowire.
• Adjustable thermostat switch: Recommended for automatic operation and typically included with most fan-relay harnesses. Monty's personal Painless Performance setup switches on at 195°F and off at 185°F.

Finishes and What's Included

• Choose raw aluminum or powder coat.
• When you select Powder Coat, we'll email you for your preferred color based on the Custom Color Chart.
• Raw aluminum may have witness marks that can be cleaned with Scotch-Brite or a Magic Eraser.
• Fans and installation accessories are sold separately.

Lead Times and Additional Information

• Raw aluminum: Around one week.
• Out-of-stock powder-coated shrouds: Around two weeks. Please place your order, as stock is not replenished without an existing order.

This is an aftermarket shroud designed to work with the Cold Case GPG34 radiator. It is not manufactured by Cold Case Radiators.
