1968–1977 GM A-Body 14-Inch SPAL Brushless Fan Shroud | FrostBite FB304

Build your GM A-Body's dual 14-inch SPAL brushless fan setup around a shroud designed specifically for the FrostBite FB304 radiator. The custom-contoured design overlaps the side tanks to accommodate the listed drop-in fans, while flap doors allow air to pass through at road speed.

Important clearance check: Double-check every dimension on the specification sheet below and allow an extra 15mm of clearance for the fan frame before ordering.

• Vehicle: 1968–1977 GM A-Body applications, including Chevelle, Malibu, GTO, LeMans, 442, Cutlass, El Camino, and Monte Carlo.

Construction & Finish Options

• Precision CNC-cut aircraft-grade aluminum, made in the USA.
• Raw aluminum and powder-coated finishes, with current selections of RAW Aluminum or Custom Color.
• Raw aluminum has witness marks that can be cleaned with Scotch Brite or a Magic Eraser.

Installation Hardware & Accessories

Fans and installation accessories are not included.

• Fan mounting hardware: M6x1 fasteners, 30mm long.
• Flap doors: two SPAL 30130012 rubber flap doors. Buy here
• Fan relay and wiring harness, if not already installed. Make sure each relay is rated for the selected fan. The listed 500W fan draws approximately 40 amps; follow the fan manufacturer's wiring requirements.
• Adjustable thermostat switch, recommended for automatic operation and typically included with most fan relay harnesses.

Relay and harness manufacturers include SPAL, Painless Performance, Derale, Ron Davis, and American Autowire. Monty's personal Painless Performance setup uses 195°F on and 185°F off.

Shipping & Lead Time

• Raw aluminum: approximately one week.
• Powder coated: approximately two weeks if out of stock. Place your order to start replenishment, as powder-coated stock is not replaced without an existing order.

This is an aftermarket shroud designed for the FrostBite FB304 radiator. It is not manufactured by Holley. Fans and installation accessories are sold separately.
