This shroud is designed for 1970 through 1981 Chevrolet Camaro Cold Case radiator core CHC545, to mount Spal 14" Puller fan part #30102042 (CFM output is 1864 per fan), OR Proform 14" Brushless fan part #67035 (featuring Soft Start) and Six Rubber flap doors, Spal part #30130012. The Powder Coated Shroud includes 10 Stainless Steel 6mm Hex/Phillips fasteners with lock washer, and standard washer. Eight for fan mounting and two for optional mounting into the radiator upper support, so they're all matching. (Fans and Flap Doors are NOT Included) Please do an internet search for the flap door part number, pricing will range from $1.49 to $4.00 each.
Note: I recommend sourcing the Spal Pig Tail to connect to your Spal fans. Search the internet for Spal part #FR-PT
If you're looking for a Dual Fan wiring harness kit, there are several on the market, just make sure each relay is rated for 40 amps. Manufacturers include Spal, Painless Performance, Derale, Ron Davis, and American Autowire. (I personally have the Painless Performance kit, with 195 on, 185 off)
