1966-67 Chevrolet Chevelle Dual 14 inch Fan Shroud for ColdCase OLD STYLE "Slotted" CHE542 Raw Aluminum or Powder Coated

Designed for the older style 1966 and 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle ColdCase Radiator CHE542, with the slotted mounting brackets depicted in the renderings.  The shroud is built for Dual 14 inch fans, either Spal Puller fan part #30102042, OR Proform 14" Brushless fan part #67035 (featuring Soft Start) Two Rubber flap doors, Spal part #30130012. Custom Designed by Monty and manufactured by SendCutSend. Matte Black versions are stocked, all other finish options are made to order. Designed to fit older Cold Case Radiator models; CHE542, and CHE542A, with the slotted side brackets.  We recommend using a larger washer or backing plate behind the slots. 

NOTE: Check for fit! There are two different CHE542 flange variants, Slotted and non-slotted depicted in the radiator rendering.  This shroud will fit both the older Slotted Radiator, and the new style.  The shroud fan mounting surface is 0.830" away from the core (finned area). For the Matte Black version, I will include Twelve M6x1 fasteners. (It's also the lowest cost Powder Coated option)  Please double check you have space for Fans!  The 14" Proform fans are the lowest profile around the motor area.  

Fans, flap doors, and fasteners are NOT included with the Aluminum and CUSTOM color options. Please do an internet search for the flap door part number 30130012, pricing will range from $1.49 to $4.00 each. The fastener is a M6x1, 16mm long.

Raw Aluminum lead time is around 1 week to ship, where Powder Coated lead time is around 2 weeks to ship if they're not in stock. Both are dropped shipped directly from SendCutSend. All drop shipped sales are final.

The Raw Aluminum version will have witness marks, as pictured near the bends, most of which can be removed with a Magic Eraser, or scuff the entire surface with Red Scotch Brite for a uniform look. Or course, painting is an option too.
