Upgrade your cooling system with our custom-designed shroud for the Cold Case CHC11 or CHC547 radiator, that delivers measurably better cooling efficiency than the standard Cold Case shroud design. Through optimized fan sizing and precision-engineered airflow channels, this shroud maximizes the contact between your fan and radiator surface—ensuring every CFM of airflow does its job. While the standard Cold Case shroud is a solid choice, our design takes cooling performance to the next level—ideal for high-performance builds, hot climates, or anyone who demands the absolute best from their cooling system.

- Fan relay and wiring harness (if not already installed)
- Make sure each relay is rated for 30 to 40 amps. Manufacturers include Spal, Painless Performance, Derale, Ron Davis, and American Autowire. (I personally have the Painless Performance kit, with 195 on, 185 off)
- Adjustable thermostat switch (recommended for automatic operation) typically included with most Fan Relay harnesses.

Note: This is an aftermarket shroud designed to work with the Cold Case CHC11 and CHC547 radiator. It is not manufactured by Cold Case Radiators. Fans and installation accessories sold separately. Lead time for Raw Aluminum is around one week. If Powder Coated is out of stock, please order, as we do not replace stock without an existing order, lead time is two weeks.

The new shroud and fans work amazing, lowered my temperature about 30 degrees making my car much more fun to drive on warm days. Thanks for a great product
Great fit and finish. Most importantly great functionality.
The shroud is well made and though I have just a little drivetime, I see a big difference in temps. I also staggered when my fans come on, which lets even more air through at freeway speeds. My Proform 4200 cfm fans fit perfectly on the shroud.
I have installed the shroud on the 68 Firebird Cold Case Rad. The fit is excellent. Very easy install.
This product absolutely deserves a 5 star review. I have used two ill fitting shrouds before that were made with a thin gauge of material. This is hands down the best shroud I have ever used. The gauge of material seems perfect for its intended purpose. The fans fit great and the mounting holes lined up perfectly. The shroud fit the Cold Case radiator as Mike described with absolute zero gaps forcing the air the air across the radiator. I purchased the black powder coated shroud and the powder coating seems thick and durable. It appeared some of the powder coating got in the small holes that are used to secure the flaps, this is perfectly understandable as it would be impossible for the powder coater to protect the small holes as they did to the threads. Very simple as they just needed to be cleaned up with a 1/8" drill bit. This not a complaint not a complaint, just a installation tip. I highly recommend the large two row Cold Case radiator and bringing it up to its full potential with the Fast Monty's Garage shroud and fan system.
