Upgrade your cooling system with our custom-designed shroud for the Cold Case GMA42 radiator, that delivers measurably better cooling efficiency than the standard Cold Case shroud design.  Through optimized fan sizing and precision-engineered airflow channels, this shroud maximizes the contact between your fan and radiator surface—ensuring every CFM of airflow does its job.

While the standard Cold Case shroud is a solid choice, our design takes cooling performance to the HIGHEST level—ideal for high-performance builds, hot climates, or anyone who demands the absolute best from their cooling system.

Necessary Accessories for Installation (Not Included):

• Brushless Fan Controller (optional)
• Fan mounting hardware M6x1 - 32mm long 
• Bolted version will need an extra Eight M6x1 - (10 to 16mm long) fasteners

• Fan relay and wiring harness (if not already installed)
• Make sure each relay is rated for 30 to 50 amps, depending on which fan you select. Manufacturers include Spal, Painless Performance, Derale, Ron Davis, and American Autowire. (I personally have the Painless Performance kit, with 195 on, 185 off)
• It is highly recommended to use a PWM controller for these fans, including the SPAL temp sensor SBL-TS165P, 175P, 185P, Lingenfelter, and even some fuel injection systems such as the Holley Sniper.  
• Alternatively, these fans can be operated like a brushed on/off fan.

Note: This is an aftermarket shroud designed to work with the Cold Case GMA42. It is not manufactured by Cold Case Radiators. Fans and installation accessories sold separately. Lead time for Raw Aluminum is around one week.  Powder Coated shroud lead time is two weeks.
